Ukutula is conveniently situated within an hours drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria.
The game farm comprises 260 hectares of unspoilt bushveld boasting a variety of antelope species, giraffe and zebra. Ukutula is also home to more than 130 different bird species. Known as the “place of quiet” the lodge is nestled in lush bushveld where the roar of the lion can be heard for miles around.

Ukutula is also home to a fascinating and educational lion-breeding project. Here you will get to experience the majesty of this magnificent animal up close and personal.

At the place of quiet you will encounter the magic of the wild first hand. Choose a game drive, a guided walk through the bush or to go game viewing on a quad bike. If that’s not enough, you can cuddle a lion cub. An unforgettable experience!

Accommodation and Facilities

Self Catering Chalets:
2 Bed unit: Two single beds with private bathroom and open plan kitchen.
3 Bed unit: Three single beds with private bathroom and a shared kitchen facility.
4 Bed unit: Double bed with 2 single beds on loft, bathroom, kitchen and braai area.
6 Bed unit: Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and braai area.
[ All the Chalets are air conditioned. ]

Day visitors are more than welcome!

Conference Facilities:
Overhead Projector, Multimedia Projector, White Board, Video,
TV and Big Screen. (Air Conditioned.)

Lodge Facilities:
Big swimming pool, small swimming pool, Jacuzzi, TV Lounge, DSTV, Video, Putt-Putt, Braai area, Lion viewing, Game Drives, Game viewing on Quads and Licensed Bar. The Lodge also has a qualified Chef.
