A Scenic
drive will take us to an amazing location on the slopes of the
Simonsberg Mountain. The forests, farm dams and wide open spaces provide
the ideal venue to get your staff relaxed and out of the office frame of
mind. While all our teambuilding activities require communication and
team work the focus is on getting the staff to share a fun experience
and get to know each other in a relaxed environment.

The Challenge and Initiative Course is a fun competitive formula that
draws on the delegates capacity to interact, communicate, manage time,
solve problems and work together as a team. All our activities require
no prior experience or training.
We will divide the group into smaller teams and get them to compete
against each other in a number of fun tasks that require teamwork and
inspire mental and physical stimulation.
We will start off with a stretch-aerobathon on the lawn to set a relaxed
atmosphere followed by a face painting and HAKA- style team warcry to
get the competitive juices flowing!
The teams will then have a time to plan for the competitive activities
including Supersize Sack Races, The Water Tower, Blind Paddling, Balloon
Shot Put, Blind Soccer and Blind Rope shapes.
After a refreshment break the teams will head out on a Giant Puzzle
orienteering exercise that will test the groups navigation skills and
have them performing fun tasks for extra points.
A video of the day’s events provides great hilarity for the group as
well as being a useful reflective tool.

After a
brief warm up the teams will get into their own vehicles or chauffeur
driven Microbuses and begin their voyage of discovery!
At each checkpoint of the Amazing Race they will have to get
their passport stamped and complete a task to score points and get their
next clue. These tasks will range from sea kayaking and Croc surfing to
fear factor eating competitions to horizontal bungi jumping and six in a
sack hopping relays. The activities require no fitness or prior
experience and are not compulsory. The focus is always on getting the
group to have a laugh!
The Rally will start at a central meeting point- the company offices or
the waterfront.
The route will take the group past Lions Head through Camps Bay and Hout
Bay before coming over Constantia neck and ending for a picnic in Tokai
Forest. We will supply a volleyball net and Rugby and Soccer balls for
the group to use as optional activities after lunch.
The rally can also be run in the Winelands tasting cheese, wine and
